Our famous taco cart has everything you could ask for! Options include steak, chicken, pork, chorizo, seafood, and squash. All the classic toppings and optional chips, salsa & agua fresca. All you can eat within 2 hours.

Mexican Buffet

A wide selection of classic Mexican entrees everyone loves! Choose two to four options, with included sides, toppings and optional agua fresca.

Sonoran Hotdogs & Burgers

Straight from the Sonoran region of Mexico comes our unique twist on two American classics. Hotdogs come with a choice of ten toppings including diced onions, beans, guacamole and ketchup. Burgers are served with optional bacon, cheese, and a salad. French fries will be served on the side with optional agua fresca.

Breakfast Burritos

You asked for breakfast burritos, so here they are, tailored to your specifications. A filling and delicious kickstart to the day, with delivery available across the valley.

Churro Sundae Cart

For the sweet-tooths, we’ve created our signature churro sundaes. Two five-inch churros and two scoops of cooling ice cream, topped with nuts, fresh fruit, Oreo pieces, sprinkles, and syrup (or all the above). From quinceañeras to corporate summer parties, our churro cart is here to stay.

Crepes

For maximum variety and choice, crepes are perfect. Savories include southern chipotle, steak & cheese, and pesto chicken. You can also select sweet options such as tropical Hawaiian, cookies & cream, S’mores, cheesecake and many more.

Event Area
We will set up in an area that is convenient for you and your guests, preferably outdoors. At minimum, we require an area of 10 ft. x 10. ft. for the taco station. Each taco cart measures 8” x 29” without the salsa bar. A standard side gate is needed for the taco cart entry. If your event will take place outside of natural sunlight hours, kindly provide adequate lighting for the taco station.

Clear pathway is required (i.e., no gravel)

Suggestions
Tacos El Buen Gusto does not take responsibility for any damages caused by the placement of our carts. If there is any concern, we suggest providing a tarp to be placed underneath the tarp.

At the conclusion of your event, any leftover food will remain with you. We strongly suggest having tupperware or ziplock bags for packaging the leftovers.

Our grazing table option is beautiful and lush and truly highlights the food. It comes with an assortment of greenery or eucalyptus to match your theme or aesthetic. The tables come with gourmet cheese selections, cured meats, dried fruit, nuts, olives and other charcuterie items as well as in season local fresh fruit and veggies, with in house made dips and fresh bread, jam, and other custom menu options to reflect the theme and season of the event! Our grazing tables are perfect for board meetings, corporate events, wine events, any type of shower, engagement parties, weddings, really any type of party or celebration!

An electrical outlet will be required for the churros. If you do not have an outlet available please let us know in advance to make proper arrangements.

Cool down with our signature churro and ice cream cart! Each sundae includes 2 churros (5”) and 1-2 scoops of ice cream. Please contact us for available ice cream flavors.

Tacos El Buen Gusto does not take responsibility for any damages caused by the placement of our carts. If there is any concern, we suggest providing a tarp to be placed underneath the tarp.

At the conclusion of your event, any leftover food will remain with you. We strongly suggest having tupperware or ziplock bags for packaging the leftovers. However, we will provide plates, napkins, and utensils.

Reservation, Payment, & Cancellation Policies

  • The final guest count or any changes to the booking are required no later than 10 business days prior to your event. Advanced reservations are required for all events, with a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking which will go towards your final balance.
  • Please be advised your event will NOT be considered booked until we have received your deposit. If under any circumstances you need to cancel your event, a credit may be issued towards a rebooking (must cancel no later than 10 business days prior to your scheduled event). Please note if you decide not to proceed with our service, the $200.00 deposit will not be refunded.
  • The remaining balance will be received the day of the event. Your payment may be made by cash, check, or Venmo. Credit cards are also accepted for a 4% processing fee.
  • There will be an additional charge of $100 if the remaining balance is not paid the day of the event.
  • If you need to make changes to your booking, please call us no later than 5 days prior to your event
